Book musicians without chasing them
Requests go out automatically, reminders run on their own, and after a decline the next musician is asked.
Set the order once
Priority levels per position decide who is asked first and who steps in as a replacement. After that, AutoBook fills the line-up without you.
Reminders with a clear deadline
Every request has a response window whose pace you choose. Within it Bandleader sends:
- a first reminder (default: after 48 hours),
- a second reminder (default: after 96 hours),
- a final warning shortly before the request moves on to the next musician (default: after 6 days).
“I need more time” — handled
When someone asks for more time, the reminder cycle restarts. From the second time you get a notification and decide yourself, so no position stays open for weeks.
See who answered, and how
The history of each gig shows when an answer came in and through which channel — the app, the musician's email or their management.
For agencies too
Co-admins share the work, and management contacts per musician receive requests in copy or answer themselves.
