Agencies that provide bands and musicians for weddings, corporate events, hotels or venues rarely send the same line-up twice. Every event means checking who is free, asking in the right order and keeping everyone informed. Bandleader is built for this kind of work: a pool of artists, positions per event and requests that run on their own.
Requests in your order — automatically
Assign each artist to the positions they can cover with a priority level. AutoBook then asks one artist per open position, sends reminders and moves on after a decline or when the deadline passes. Artists who blocked the date in their availability calendar are skipped automatically.
A team, not a single inbox
Invite as many co-admins as you need. They can create gigs, assign the line-up and send requests; billing stays with the account owner. A co-admin can also be linked as a performer and then receives requests like any other artist.
Artists with management
Many professional artists are represented. For each musician you can store management contacts and decide whether requests and information go to the artist, to management, or to both — and whether only management may reply. The request history shows whether an answer came from the artist or from management.
International artists, their own language
Bandleader runs in more than 20 languages. Artists with a login receive requests and reminders in the language they chose, so an international pool works without translating every message.
Your name in front
Set your agency name and logo in the settings. Your artists see your brand in the app header, with “Powered by Bandleader” underneath.
Everything for the event in one place
Times, venue, dress code, contacts, hotel, schedule and files such as contracts, stage plans or audio live with the gig. Booked artists see exactly the information for their event and can download a PDF info sheet. Reports and exports help with the follow-up.
